This was a full time post. Were I gained many new skills including moving and handling. Also assisting the individual with their everyday needs and activities whether that was attending a medical appointment or just getting out for exercise and a change of scenery. I feel I am relaxed and easy to get along with. I am able to prioritise work and problem solve well. I can work as part of a team but also just as good on my own. I found the work challenging and rewarding. I enjoy many different social activities such as walking/rambling driving and visiting places. I also enjoy sports and playing the guitar, also keeping my mind and hands busy learning new skills. I have a up to date DBS
