I have been a care worker for over 18years and I just love being a carer. It is the best thing I have ever done. I am very reliable ,dedicated,loyal and hard working. I have good manners and a cheerful personality. I am a great companion, very presentable and love chatting, but also know when to be quiet.Am a good housekeeper cleaning, ironing and all the house chores. I also do personal care which involves dressing and undressing,prompt medication feeding,and activities according to my client's interests. I am very patient. I have looked after patients with dementia; depression,parkinsons bi polar,stroke;alzheimers dementia.I have learnt that the most important thing when looking after someone is to have empathy, patience and a true understanding of that person's needs.
