Originally I am German and born in Berlin. Before becoming a carer I worked and lived 20 years in South Africa/Durban area. I worked for the German School in Durban as school secretary and bursar and also taught German for Southafrican adults. I came mainly to the UK because one of my sons life in London. I decided to become a carer and continue what I am good at. I also want to add that I am happy to accept hourly visits as long as they are in my area - likewise am I willing to travel further should the role require a living in position.
