Support and resource for the family to negotiate the sometimes complex health system. Clinical care delivered aligning to the care plan and individuals advanced care plan or Respect plan. Palliative/ End of Life Care, skin care, wound care, personal care, nutrition support (specialist feeding), stoma care, catheter care, mouth care. Support to the family, support liasing with other health professionals and care services The minimum hourly rate for clinical nursing care is £25 per hour I can support as a live in part time clinical carer (per 24 hours only) I am hoping to care, support and make a difference to my patients.
