I have experience working with clients with a range of needs and was with my last client for 6 months where there were marked improvements to both physical and emotional well being. My interests include cooking nutritious and tasty meals which can be tailored to my clients preferences, travel, Yoga and Wellbeing, being outdoors, cards and board games, theatre and good films. A client who wishes to benefit from gentle exercise or arm chair Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation techniques and healing Reiki treatments to relieve aches and pains, which can improve both physical and emotional well being. As a live in carer, I am an honest and dedicated person and never treat this work as work, usually I try to build a very friendly relationship and follow your habits and style of life. I started working in a nursing home in 2000 then 2003 I started to work as a live in carer, because I had a lot of experience from the nursing home. I gained experience with people with dementia, MS. Parkinson’s disease Motor Neuron Disease. I can use hoists and wheelchairs. I am self employed with all the necessary documents and references. The best for me is to work 3 months and one week off. I would be very pleased to assist a person who like’s going out. I have my own car and drive with clean licence. I have experience with end of life care, helping support clients and their families in these difficult times.
