(This excludes Live-In Care) Bank Holiday rates will be charged at time and a half. (This excludes Live-In Care) ***Approval of Service Agreement & Invoice*** If a shift is not confirmed within the reasonable times, I will assume you do not require my assistance. This is solely to ensure that I do not lose work elsewhere unnecessarily. For any arrangements made on an emergency basis, service agreement and invoice to be accepted the same day, prior to visit.
