I am a registered nurse with a vast experience in acute and community care setting which includes nursing home care . My long years of service have prepared me to work with different groups of patients and people with different health needs such the disabled, the elderly, dementia, autistic, challenging behaviour and those with some type of limitations in carrying out activities of daily living that need support but would like to continue living in their own homes.
