Provide for Patient health and safety required. .Maintain Respect and Dignity and Patient wishes and preferences. .Despensing and administering meds if required according to the company policy and procedures. .Promote Patient health and well being. .Patient Centred is Important as a carer role. .Provide personal care needs for patient. .Assisted for toileting,bathing,dressing or undressing,Pad changing,dental care,applied cream,assisted mobility if patient had poor mobility. .If patient unable to feed assisted them unless if patient is independent. .Provide the patient make them comfortable. .Provide their privacy when it comes of personal problem or emotional feelings always support them. .Personal care support I’m not driving but in behalf of my husband he is willing to drive me somewhere. Unfortunately still studying my driving theory test this time.

I provide practical and emotional support to help people live a safe and independent life in their own home and community. This includes medication administration, personal care, continence care, moving and handling using hoists and other aids, cooking, cleaning and of course companionship. I am also happy to support clients to go on holiday at home.I have an NVQ2 and NVQ3 in social care, as well as a care certificate. I am fully vaccinated, including boosters. My preferred employment type is self employed live-in care. Note: My rate includes fare and food and it's negotiable also. Can do 1 week on 1 week off/2 weeks on 2 weeks off/10 days on 4 days off.
