Hi, I cannot recommend Ella highly enough. She is a lovely young woman and works so so hard. No job is too big and no job is too small. She takes such good care of me in a respectful and gentle manner. She is a carer who shows me care in abundance. She also takes care of my 2 cats; both feeding them and cleaning their tray and they love her. She takes care of my personal care needs, cooks, cleans, changes the bed, going to the shops, going to the park plus much more but ive run out of words

Ella has been wonderful for my 90 year old mother, who requires 24/7 company & care. She has expertly found the perfect balance between allowing my mother space to be as independent as possible, whilst being present whenever needed. She looks after all my mother's needs, ensures she takes her daily medication, manages the household, maintains a daily log of events and communicates regularly with the family. We are all reassured and very pleased with Ella.
