GL1 4EN 196592 I have just under 5 years experience working in elderly care settings, where the majority of residents suffer with dementia, I understand that a support worker needs to do far more than satisfy their basic human needs. I am sensitive to the situation of each individual .I was a lead support worker for dementia care and helped to train the wider team in identifying the right levels of support for our patients. I am a trustworthy and Putting my patients first is always my priority and understanding more about the theoretical aspects of medical care is helping me to become a better support worker. I mainly worked day and nights, have experience of managing all aspects of care home provision Facilitating daily patient nutrition and daily care routines Managing resident documentation and health records, Coordinating critical and end-of-life care arrangements, Communicating with families and educating where required, which is particularly of interest as the care needs of my elderly parents. I am looking for days shifts Monday to Thursday and weekends. I have experience of working with clients that have catheters, I can empty the bag, change the bag and clean around the area. This has been learned on the job. I have good experience of cooking traditional Indian cuisines and during my care career I have have manged to learn some traditional British dishes. Ideally I am looking for clients with 10/12 hours shifts within a 10 mile radius. If this is not available I can do morning shifts from 8am to 12 midday and then an afternoon shifts of 1pm - 5 pm within a 5 miles radius.

GL4 0SY 66582 I have 25+ years experience working in residential care, supported housing and hospital settings. This involves working alongside adult clients who have additional needs, encouraging them to be more self-reliant, older persons who require more personal care, provision of meals and/or supervision. I am compassionate, calm in a crisis, and a good listener. I am a firm believer in providing a positive quality of life by respecting each client’s autonomy.

GL2 0DE 233160 I have been working within the care sector for over 20 years. I have a passion for helping and caring for others and started as a support worker and worked my way up to a senior role. I have experience with working with elderly and young adults. Specialising in mental health and young adults with learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour. Some of which are physically disabled and have acquired brain injuries. On the job training has given me confidence, knowledge and experience when working with clients with individual needs and requirements. Over the years I have enjoyed working on a 1:1 basis, having to adapt everyday living and tailoring it for the individual. This has involve creating and developing personal plans, sensitive to the client’s needs and clear for the team to follow. I have also worked with a group of clients with colleagues which have been successful. Communication and organisational skills have been an essential when planning trips and group activities. Effective planning when implementing activities suitable for the clients, adhering to their personal needs and requirements at all times and reviewing on a regular basis. Throughout my career I have worked collaboratively with professional parties, such as Doctors, social worker & therapists. Building close trusting relationships with family and colleagues play a key role in a successful outcome. I am able to assess, plan, create and implement individual person centred plans and review these once implemented.

GL2 4XQ 269786 I have being in the Care industry for 8 years and have experience in a wide range care settings from the hospital, community and residential homes. I work hard to get to know my clients so I can help them enjoy their interests and hobbies. I have worked extensively with young people and adults who display complex needs such as Cabral Palsy, Autism ,Dementia, ADHD, severely epileptic clients, challenging behaviour, learning disability's and mental illness. The most important factor in my work is providing a compassionate understanding of a patient in need. I am a firm believer in helping people exceed there own limitations even if its taking an inch of a step over time with consistency of support. I have seen clients develop and become more independent or certain of themselves and where they are going in life, I believe my experience demonstrates my level of skill in Care and am able to adapt to multiple of types of care whether is hoisting and attending to personal care. “I am kind, hardworking and a good communicator.” and I think that is vital to provide quality care .

GL3 4DD 272808 With over 4 years of dedicated service in the care industry, I've mastered the art of compassion and a truly top-notch sense of humour – essential qualities when navigating the sometimes tricky waters of client care. From comforting those with dementia to engaging with clients with chronic conditions, autism, and learning disabilities, I bring a wealth of experience to the table – or should I say, to the care plan? But it's not all serious business. When I'm not providing exemplary care, you'll likely find me on the football pitch, cheering on my beloved Manchester City or giving it my all in a 5-a-side match with friends. Because let's face it, a good game of footie is the best remedy for any care provider. So, whether you're in need of a compassionate caregiver, a sports enthusiast, or simply someone with a knack for cracking a good joke, drop me a line. I'm all ears and ready to lend a hand – or a laugh!
