I’m also quite a good cook, I like to get my clients motivated to eat a well balanced diet where possible. I’m also trained in changing stoma bags, & catheter bags, if a client has a district nurse that comes to visit them, I can change the stoma or catheter bag while the nurse is there, as they could witness this, & also sign me off. If the client enjoys going outside either in their wheelchair, or walking I could assist with helping, also I could arrange to take the client to a day centre, or to the park. I’m use to liaising with family members if there is any issues, & I can also arrange doctors appointments or hospital appointments, as I use to dealing with other healthcare professionals. I prefer to work with female clients or couples. I arrange & pay for my own travel, as I work in London a lot, I prefer London & other areas also. I don’t mind dogs or cats. As for working patterns, that’s up to the client, how long they want me to live in for, as I’m quite flexible.
