I have skills in just about everything shampooing and conditioning clients who are bed bound to cutting men's hair. To administering medications to client. All the while maintaining a safe and cIean environment for optimal comfort level . My clients receive excellent, compassionate, dignified and trustworthy services all the time. I go the extra mile to make sure that they are comfortable in there own environment. I feel special and appreciated when I'm able to assist my clients with issues concerning there prescriptions needed refill or able to redirect them from a episode of dementia and see them bounce back with a smile or clear mind. When doing day care I prefer longer hours of 8/12 shifts. When doing live in roles I prefer to have my 2 hour break each day. I am available for live in jobs during the Christmas fortnight where my rate will be double time.

CR04WH 295696 In my 10 years of experience within the care sector I have worked with children of all ages and stages in life's, l have worked with adults with different health needs, l have worked in hospitals to support children, teenagers, and adults, where I have assisted them with their daily care needs and set routines in place in their care plan to keep them safe and promote good health. I'm experienced in personal grooming, and I enjoy helping clients look their best. I can assist with hygiene, toileting, eating, cooking, cleaning, and any administrative tasks that need support. I have a full clean driving license and enjoy taking clients out to meet friends. l have worked across almost all care settings, and l have acquired great skills and trainings that enable me to deliver care in a professional manner with empathy to understand that people have different health care needs and challenges that affects their mental health. My first priority for work would be live in clients, ideally regular long term clients as I prefer and enjoy getting to know clients needs as I believe it allows me to deliver a higher and more client targeted care. However if this is not an option I can be flexible to deliver a 2 week on 1 week of rotation of care. When delivering care I prefer to have a 2 hour break each day, this can all be negotiable and discussed during the client interview. If live in is not available I can deliver longer hourly shifts of 8/12 and night time care within my local area for regular long term clients. I am happy to arrange a Curam meet video call via the Curam app at a suitable time, where we can discuss your care requirements.

CR0 3TB 5715 I am an experienced carer. I have 20 years of experience in varied care settings from hospitals, residential care homes, assisted living, live-ins, and school runs. The comfort of my clients comes first. I like to treat my clients the very way I would like to be treated. My service is person centered. Respect for humanity is at the very centre of my services. It is my job to make sure my clients are safe and satisfied with my service. I prefer to wait on my clients rather than they to wait on me. Keeping routines and times of my clients is quite important to me as it makes my clients feel special, the very way I would like to feel.

CR0 2TN 166408 PERSONAL STATEMENT From Svetlana My name is Svetlana, birth in North Macedonia, City Kavadarci. Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to be a doctor. But life conditions did not allow me this right. I studied midwifery at the Higher Medical School in University. I studied in The Erasmus Mundus Programme In my three years there, I learned about the uniqueness of women's anatomy and the special care they require in different situations. I also learned about how a midwife's role is constantly evolving as practices are updated. The dynamic nature of the role is what keeps me interested. In my final year at university, I was also in a part-time placement where I received direct training from other midwives. In that year, I was frequently involved in antenatal and postnatal care delivery for women and gained experience From my understanding, this skill is what helps you build better relationships with the people under your care. One of the ways I have demonstrated effective communication skills is through public speaking. During my time at university, I was a member of the debate team. This was where I honed my ability to share information clearly and concisely while maintaining control and respect for others, working with the different members of maternity care service providers. Because my big ambition I decide to come here in UK to develop my Midwifery scils, exchange the scils and learn for new knowledge and technics. So even now, even at an older age, I still do not give up on learning. I get the job in Nursing homes and worked mostly with the elderly. I've already learned to recognize pain in people just by their contorted face. There I worked with patients suffering from Alzheimer's, Dementia, with patients who are totally dependent on a ventilator and have a tracheostomy, Brain injury, stroke, spine cord injury, HIV patients and many other health and high level complex problems. and came to understand their frustration at being unable to communicate effectively, and I also tended to the needs of terminally ill patients, learning in this way the emotional demands of nursing but also gaining a deep sense of reward from feeling that I had contributed to their welfare during their final weeks and days. I've already learned to recognize pain in people just by their contorted face, but even if I wanted to help more, I was only a Care Practitioner and I couldn't. Now that I am already here in the right place, I secretly believe in myself that I will finish the course in record time so that I can prove myself in the profession and help people's health problems. So even now, even at an older age, I still do not give up on learning. As a Physician Associate I see myself as very happy, but also able to treat not only in general practice but also to be of benefit to many pregnant women because of my experience as a Midwife and a Nurse where I worked in hospitals in North Macedonia. Here in England so far I have only worked in nursing homes, and mostly with the elderly. As a Physician Associate I see myself as very happy and sucesifull profesionalist, but also able to treat not only in general practice but also to be of benefit to many pregnant women because of my experience as a Midwife where I worked in hospitals in North Macedonia.
